ARAMT to become AFSRUThe Romanian Association of Temporary Work Agents (ARAMT) became, at the end of 2019, the Association of Human Resource Services Providers (AFSRU).
The main purpose of the change was to expand the area of activity of the association in the area of human resources services. PRAIS thus continues its long collaboration with the Romanian HR professionals, addressing this new challenge regarding the expansion of the new Association.
Founded by the largest players in the human resources services market, AFSRU aims to make the conditions of access to the labor market more flexible and create new jobs, in the context in which Romania has at this moment the lowest rate of temporary employment contracts. from Europe and faces various challenges in the area of human resources services.
