New EU Directive presented to Romanian PublicEuropean Union's Directive on damages actions for breaches of the EU competition rules was recently presented in Romania during a conference organized together with PRAIS client - the international law firm - CMS, the Romanian Competition Council, and also with representatives of the European Commission, DG Competition and the legal professionals.
The new law gives all those who consider themselves harmed by anti-competitive practices of some companies the necessary legal tools to obtain compensation from them both for their losses and unrealized profits and interest to them.
