Nutrition during the cold seazonBucharest, 27th of November 2009. Danone organized a press conference, which had as main debate theme nutrition during the cold season. Together with Prof. Dr. Gheorghe Mencinicopschi, mass- media representatives discussed about the importance of a proper diet during this time of the year.
Along with winter’s arrival, our organism is more vulnerable, because of the low temperatures, and the habit of eating well becomes more important. Through a correct alimentation, we can maintain and increase the resistance to illness, including the frequent infections during winter.
