Bucharest, 19th November 2010. PRAIS organized for L’Oreal the launch of the second edition of the national scholarship program "L'Oreal UNESCO For Women in Science, with the participation of over 40 representatives of profile institutions and journalists."

This edition the organisers will offer two scholarships: one for the life sciences field and one for the chemistry field, 2011 being the International Year of Chemistry.

The program runs from November 2010 - June 2011 and targets to young researchers, aged under 35 years being at the doctoral / post-doctoral level, within an institution in our country. Each scholarship, worth EUR 10,000, will be awarded by the jury after evaluating the files subscribed in the contest and represents the necessary amount for a ten months project, in a research institute in Romania.
